THE SCHOOL

We will be training at the Charles Darwin Leisure centre in Biggin Hill. Again qualified first aiders are available to us. All players will be transported between the Camp by Mini bus. Players will be expected to leave the showers and changing rooms in food order. Safety is paramount to the success of our School and therefore all players will conduct themselves accordingly for the safety, education, enjoyment and success of the School. We aim to deliver a high level of training to ensure every player has the opportunity to learn and develop to the very best of their ability. Whilst at the School, we insist that all players conduct themselves with a good standard of behaviour, are polite to all staff at all times, to respect their peers and to adopt a level of pride and ownership of the School.

TRAINING

We will deliver a minimum of 2 x 1 hour on court sessions per day. There will be a dedicated goalie coach to deliver specialised goalie training.

The training will be split into two groups as follows:
Under 10’s and under 12’s Under 14’s and Under 16’s

Players may be moved within the two age groups according to ability at the discretion of the Head coach and his Coaching Staff.

DRY LAND TRAINING

Dry land training will comprise of Tennis, Badminton, football, circuit training, cardio training and similar activities subject to availability.
